Refund & Return Policy


At INVERTUA TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide only genuine, high-quality electronic products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Refund & Return Policy is designed to make the process simple and transparent.

  1. Eligibility for Returns
    You may request a return if:

The product delivered is defective, damaged, or not functioning as described.
The product delivered is different from what was ordered.
You received the product in damaged packaging.
⚠ To be eligible for a return:

The request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and invoices intact.

  1. Non-Returnable Products
    Certain products cannot be returned, including:

Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation.
Products without original packaging or missing accessories.
Software, digital products, or subscriptions once activated.
Products purchased during clearance sales or marked as “non-returnable”.

  1. Refund Process
    Once your return request is approved and the product is received by us, we will initiate a refund within 7-10 business days.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase. For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be issued to the customer’s bank account (details must be provided by the customer).

  1. Replacement Policy
    In case of a defective or incorrect product, you may opt for a replacement instead of a refund. Replacements are subject to product availability.
  2. Shipping Costs for Returns
    If the return is due to our error (defective, wrong, or damaged product), we will bear the return shipping costs.
    If the return is initiated for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong order by customer), the customer must bear the shipping costs.
  3. Cancellation Policy
    Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been shipped.
    If the order has already been shipped, it will fall under the return policy after delivery.
