At INVERTUA TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, we are committed to delivering your electronic products safely, quickly, and affordably. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.

  1. Order Processing Time
    Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation and successful payment.
    Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
    In case of high demand or stock shortages, processing may take longer. Customers will be notified accordingly.
  2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
    We partner with trusted courier and logistics companies to ensure safe and timely deliveries across India.

Standard Delivery: 4 – 7 business days (depending on location).
Express Delivery (if available): 2 – 3 business days.
Remote Areas: Delivery may take longer due to limited courier services.
⚠ Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as courier delays, strikes, or natural events.

  1. Shipping Charges
    Free shipping may be offered on select products or orders above a certain amount (as per promotions).
    For other orders, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout before payment.
  2. Tracking Your Order
    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS, which you can use to track your package on our courier partner’s website.
  3. Address & Delivery Guidelines
    Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address with PIN code and contact details.
    We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
    If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt re-delivery or ask you to collect the package from a nearby service center.
  4. International Shipping
    Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
  5. Damaged or Missing Products
    If your package is damaged or tampered with, please refuse delivery and inform us immediately.
    If you accept delivery and later find the product damaged or missing, you must notify us within 48 hours with photo/video proof.
